Club Memberships

To register as a member of the club, please complete the Registration Form and Waiver, and bring it, along with your payment, to the club. The Registration Form (including Waiver) is available for download here: EXORegistration.pdf

While beginner and intermediate fencers are encouraged to take classes (please click here for more information about our beginner and intermediate adult classes), fencers who have completed both level of courses, as well as more experienced fencers wishing to continue their development, can purchase an Excalibur Fencing Club membership (Fencers enrolling in a class do NOT need to purchase a Club Membership).

Becoming a member allows you to participate in organized group footwork sessions and scheduled sparring sessions. In addition, those who purchase the lesson plan will receive small group and/or individual lessons.

While all club members are welcome to participate in group footwork and fence on any club night, priority will be given to specific weapons on certain nights (please click here to view the 2008-2009 Salle Schedule).

Those interested in learning more about our club, or interested in becoming a club member, should stop by the Salle during normal club hours (Monday to Thursday evenings from 7:30 to 10:00) or contact Megan ApSimon by phone at 613-697-8466, or by email at megan@ottawafencing.ca.

Drop-in Fee: Visiting fencers who are not a member of Ottawa Fencing are subject to a per visit drop-in fee of $20. Please talk with Megan ApSimon or Paul ApSimon to arrange payment.
